Swift Taxi Journey To The Queen Eleanor Cross In Northampton

by Handyman on July 6, 2010

It only took one and a 1 / 2 hrs to get to Northampton by train but, I nevertheless needed to find my way to my destination, which was apparently in between 2 and 3 miles from Northampton Railway station.

After discovering that I would have to get a coach into the main bus station in the centre of town, or make a 15 minute walk to the main bus station, I chose to jump in to a Northampton Taxi to drive me directly to The Queen Eleanor Cross where the picture shoot was due to start in under an hour or so.

Luckily the Northampton taxi chauffeur knew just where he was going and then we arrived in a good amount of time, as well as before the remainder of the marketing team.
